Donald Trump Found Out Something About the Military That Led to Big Trouble

The Barack Obama Deep State is making their last stand.

Leakers are waging a final campaign to destroy Trump before the 2020 election.

Donald Trump found out something about the military that led to big trouble.

The New York Times caused a stir with a story alleging a major bombshell: Donald Trump knew for months that the Russians paid the Taliban bounties to kill American soldiers in Afghanistan and did nothing.

“The intelligence finding was briefed to President Trump, and the White House’s National Security Council discussed the problem at an interagency meeting in late March, the officials said. Officials developed a menu of potential options — starting with making a diplomatic complaint to Moscow and a demand that it stop, along with an escalating series of sanctions and other possible responses, but the White House has yet to authorize any step, the officials said,” The Times reported.

The Times accused the President of allowing a foreign adversary to pay blood bounties to terrorists to kill American soldiers.

But like much of The Times’ coverage of Trump and Russian collusion, this story collapsed as it was exposed as fake news.

President Trump flat out denied that he was ever briefed on Russia paying the Taliban bounties to murder American soldiers.

“Intel just reported to me that they did not find this info credible, and therefore did not report it to me or @VP. Possibly another fabricated Russia Hoax, maybe by the Fake News @nytimesbooks, wanting to make Republicans look bad!!!” the President tweeted.

CBS reporter Catherine Herridge further debunked The New York Times’ fake news, reporting that intelligence sources revealed that the reports were unconfirmed and that many in the intelligence community questioned the veracity of the bounty claims.

“DEVELOPING: An intelligence official with direct knowledge tells CBS News there was an intel collection report and ‘NSA assesses Report does not match well established and verifiable Taliban and Haqqani practices’ + ‘lack sufficient reporting to corroborate any links,’” Herridge reported.

Herridge also confirmed that the unconfirmed reports never reached President Trump.

“The official said the intelligence collection report reached ‘low levels’ NSC but did not go further, not briefed POTUS, or VP because it was deemed ‘uncorroborated’ and ‘dissent intelligence community.’”

Independent journalist and Trump supporter Mike Cernovich reported that a Trump administration official told him that the leak allegedly originated with a Defense Department official that opposed Donald Trump’s plan to withdraw American troops from Afghanistan.

This story has echoes of all the Russian collusion hoax reports from 2017 and 2018 where a supposed “news” outlet dropped some bombshell story that appeared to confirm President Trump was a traitor to his country and a secret Russian agent.

But like those stories, The Times’ claim that President Trump allowed Russia to pay bounties to the Taliban in exchange for assassinating American soldiers fell apart after about five minutes of scrutiny.
