Nancy Pelosi Went on TV and You Won’t Believe What Someone Said to Her Face

Nancy Pelosi is not used to being made fun of.

To Democrats, one of the worst sins anyone can commit is to make fun of liberalism.

But Nancy Pelosi went on TV and you won’t believe what someone said to her face.

Nancy Pelosi appeared on CNBC’s “Mad Money,” hosted by popular investment personality Jim Cramer.

During the interview, Cramer pressed Pelosi on the Speaker’s insistence on passing a 3.5 trillion dollar bailout bill for blue states instead of coronavirus relief.

In his questioning, Cramer slipped up and called Pelosi “crazy Nancy” – which is President Trump’s nickname for Pelosi – before catching himself and apologizing.

“What deal can we have, crazy Nancy — I’m sorry, that was the president, I have such reverence for the office, I would never use that term, but it is hard isn’t it?” Cramer asked Pelosi.

“But you just did!” Pelosi responded.

“Oh, come on, you know what I mean,” Cramer shot back.

“I know what you meant,” Pelosi admitted.

But Democrats do believe no coronavirus bill is better politics because they believe it will deny President Trump a legislative win in the final weeks before the election.

“Pelosi and senior Democrats argue that no deal would be better than simply caving to a GOP proposal that would fail to address major sectors of the economy, most especially aid to state and local governments who are facing a potentially catastrophic loss of revenue,” POLITICO reported based on a call between Democrat leaders in the House and the rank and file.

“A skinny deal is not a deal,” POLITICO reported Pelosi saying on the call. “It is a Republican bill.”

Many conservatives don’t want to pass any coronavirus relief bill.

The government shoveled four trillion dollars out the door in the first three phases of negotiations including the popular Paycheck Protection Program which Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin claimed saved 50 million jobs.

No relief would have been necessary had state governments not engaged in reckless and useless shutdowns that were not based on any science.

But while Donald Trump supported 15 days to slow the spread, shutting state economies down is not up to the President.

Even if Trump advised that states should protect the vulnerable and limit some indoor mass gatherings while encouraging anyone who was sick to stay home, the vast majority of states would have caved in to the panic porn and shut down.

Nancy Pelosi and her fellow Democrats strongly backed those shutdowns.

And now she wants to strangle the economy even further by demanding trillions of dollars in new socialist spending including a one trillion-dollar bailout for badly run blue states.
